Yes, lab grown diamonds are real diamond. They are created in controlled environment using carbon and heated in a vacuum chamber.They have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural diamond. The only difference is their origin.

Can I return or exchange my piece and will I be refunded?
Yes, you can exchange your piece with other jewelry, 15% will be deducted in the total value of diamonds.
In case of returning the piece, 20% will be deducted in the total value of diamonds.
The gold will be valued at the prevailing gold rate.
