Our story began in 2015, in the vibrant heart of Baber Mahal Revisited, with jeweler Sachin Gupta's vision to create more than just beautiful adornments. From the very first sparkle, Kama Jewels was envisioned as a space where artistry intertwined with integrity.
Baber Mahal Revisited became our nurturing ground, witnessing not only the growth of our designs but also the blossoming of meaningful collaborations. Four years ago, a unique synergy with the esteemed Neba fashion brand gave birth to Kama x Neba, a collection that seamlessly blended our distinct aesthetics, exclusively showcased within the walls of our Baber Mahal store. This partnership underscored our belief in the power of conscious creation and collaboration.
Driven by a desire to offer a more responsible kind of luxury, we took a significant step two years ago by introducing lab-grown diamonds to Nepal, right in our boutique in Baber Mahal. This pioneering move reflected our commitment to ethical sourcing and our belief in the future of conscious consumption within the jewelry industry. We saw the potential to offer breathtaking brilliance without compromising environmental or social values.
As the appreciation for our ethically crafted designs and lab-grown diamonds grew, so did our vision. In June 2024, we embarked on a new chapter, opening a dedicated lab-grown diamond store in Labim Mall. This strategic move allowed us to fully focus on showcasing the beauty and innovation of these conscious gems. With this exciting expansion, we made the heartfelt decision to close our original Baber Mahal Revisited store, cherishing the memories and milestones it held as we stepped into this new, specialized space.
